DISTANCE SELLING AGREEMENT

This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the seller, Selcan Alis, a company engaged in the production and sale of kimonos ("Seller"), and the buyer as specified below:

Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the terms and conditions for the remote sale of products offered by the Seller through the website named Selcan Alis.

Product Information

The Seller shall provide detailed information about the products available for sale on the website, including but not limited to descriptions, specifications, prices, and any applicable taxes or fees.

Ordering Process

The Buyer shall place an order for the desired product(s) through the website. By submitting the order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Price and Payment

The prices of the products shall be indicated on the website. The Buyer shall make the payment in the amount specified, including any applicable taxes or fees, through the provided payment methods.

Delivery

Upon receiving the payment, the Seller shall arrange the delivery of the products to the address provided by the Buyer during the order process. The estimated delivery time shall be communicated to the Buyer, and the Seller shall make reasonable efforts to deliver the products within the specified timeframe.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 15 days after receiving the products, without providing any reason. The Buyer shall notify the Seller in writing about the decision to withdraw and shall return the products in their original condition and packaging. The Seller shall refund the purchase price within 15 days after receiving the returned products.

Warranty

The Seller shall provide a warranty for any defects or non-conformities of the products in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Personal Data Protection

The Seller shall handle and protect the personal data of the Buyer in compliance with the relevant data protection laws and regulations.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Seller and the Buyer regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
